I had a the bad expierence and custormer service when ordering the the bounce house that i wanted when they showed up to deliver the bounce house that i wanted it was not the one i wanted. The explenation they gave me is that the owner had double booked it. And if that was not enought the bounce house that they brought was not very clean. I for one care on what my kids are getting into and the condition and sanitization. Hopefully some of you dont make the mistake or even have the expierence of going through what i had to go through.
