The owner and her staff aren't too friendly or talkative, but their work is quite well for $23. I got a full set done with white tips and only paid 23 dollars not including taxes. Seems like their other customers were content also. I like this place and is probably the only place I will go to.
Pros: Staff knows what they're doing, no pain
Cons: Staff isn't too talkative
