Maybe I should have rated Backline a 5. While I know there are some individuals that are master luthiers and electronic techs in the Fresno area, Backline has committed to a storefront business that has been there as long as I can remember. Other "out of their home" techs come and go and some are even chased out. With Backline, you know you will get excellent dependable service. They do have limited business hours, so call first before you show up.
Pros: They love what they do
Cons: LImited business hours
