Owner, Ed Fenton, is more than a pleasure with whom to do business. The product; the craftsmanship and detail are superior and consistent. Every client has stated that Encore delivered much more than they expected. I can say the same. There is a strong sense of client satisfaction over profit and self gratification over status. Moreover, they have a firm handle on the way of the future in business. Ironically, it is recognizably the old style of enterprise; personable, socially graceful, service oriented and overly ethical. In my opinion, it is the way business should be, period. I look forward to a great deal of shared business with this company. I would like to add that sadly, I do not recommend many others as I have Encore with the same certainty and confidence. This review is genuine. Lynn P Aspatore LP Designs
