I have never been so taken-back as my recent experience here. They might, in fact, not only have the highest prices in the valley but also demonstrate poor integrity and customer service. The self-proclaimed 'hothead' customer service rep might also tell you about his jack___ customers, as he felt so free to share with me. To say the least, I'd rather shop in a more friendly environment! **Also, be prepared to pay a non-refundable $50 fitting fee for trying on boots.
