I had an idea for a tattoo for about six months and had been shopping the Fresno area for an artist. After going from one end of town to the other I had pretty much given up on the shops and was looking at going south to LA. The shops were either too Dirty, or the Egos of the artist were such that it seems I was not worthy to have their art on my body. While driving down Cedar saw the signs in the window, much like the post above was curious to see what Night Witch was about. Upon entering I first noticed how upscale the lobby is, over-stuffed couches (VERY COMFY), nice clean displays of product, albums of tattoo work readily available and an HDTV Flat panel up on the wall. I was greeted by Valerie (the owner), then artist Sandy, Frank(ie) and Pete. I spoke with Frankie and he was great, was able to follow my idea and completely understood what I was looking for. On Oct 31st I completed my Tattoo and it came out way better then expected, after care was gone over in detail and left me with a full understanding of how to care for my new art. I will be back for more tattoo work and have nothing but good things to say about the entire shop. Nightwitch Body Art is a super clean shop with great prices (By the project not the hour), and the best staff. If you are thinking of getting a Tattoo (Pete or Frank), or some piercing work (Sandy) this shop is well worth your time. (At this time, I currently have a 2nd Tat under design with Frank and Pete, I will go back for more work soon)

I have numerous tattoos & have visited many tattoo shops. The reasons why I have had so many visits to different shops, I hadn't found 1 shop that I felt comfortable in, to go back for another tattoo, touch-up, cover-ups & piercings. When I found "Nightwitch Body Art" my husband & I were driving down cedar & noticed a body art shop. We pulled in only because Nightwitch Body Art looked very nice outside. When we went inside to see their work, I couldn't believe what their FABULOUS waiting area looked like (they should call it an upscale lounge/tattoo research room). I was greeted by the owner. I met a couple of artists. All very down to earth, easy to talk to, & very nice. They immediately made me feel like one of the family. I looked through the artists portfolios & their art is fabulous. I spoke with Frankie & explained what I wanted (this tat is highly complex). He completely comprehended, said he could draw it up for me, & gave me a price. The last shop I visited, the artist couldn't understand what I wanted. Easy: two baby feet on my foot with pixie dust trails. He already had a stencil of the feet. He did the tattoo. What was supposed to look like sparkly pixie dust trails, looks like sand. Just dots. The feet are also way different from each other. I didn't notice the imperfection until the swelling went away and it was healed. This was a small and easy tat. I am rather disappointed with it. I am going to have Nightwitch Body Art touch up this tattoo. They said it would be easy to fix and they would make it look amazing. I have been recommending Nightwitch Body Art to all of my friends and family. They have really taken the time to make their clients feel 'at home' by turning a waiting area, into their fabulous leisurely lounge. They are easy to talk to. I felt like I knew them forever, when in actuality it was 40minutes. Highly recomended to anybody wanting tattoo's or piercings. This is the only place I will trust with a tat gun against my skin!
