I thought I'd try this place for my waxing because I keep hearing about how nice the spa is. I was a little nervous, being that it was my first brazilian wax. I've had some scary experiences with waxing so I'm very picky. But my esthetician, Cassandra was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. She used a type of wax that I had never seen before, its different than the really hot wax that i've had on my regular bikini wax elsewhere. I thought she might just be trying to make me feel better when she said it would hurt a lot less than the other kind. But she was right, I couldn't believe the difference! She was so fast and my skin didn't even get red and bumpy afterward! I would never go anywhere else for my waxing now. If you are thinking of getting waxed, go to Cassandra at Privado, you won't be disappointed! Not to mention the most beautiful and relaxing place I've seen so far in Fresno, and they are open late enough to go after work.

Pros: beautiful facility, full service, relaxing, friendly staff

Cons: not the most convenient area

Definately the best day spa I have been to in the Fresno area! I came for a package for mothers day with my mom and they treated us LIKE GOLD!! It was an extremely busy day and you would have never known it the way our services were handled. I felt like we were the only people there. They catered to us every step of the way! The facilities are amazing and beautiful. The massage therapists started our day with an amazing hot stone massage then we had lunch from a great resturant in the area that they catered in. Our great day didnt stop there because there was a facial and pedicure in our package as well. Overall it was the best day I have ever shared with my mom. The front desk was even amazing, they kept coming back to ask if we wanted any more wine or if everything was going well. If I could make any changes I would have changed to a package with more time so my day never ended. I even bought giftcards for my inlaws to come. I encourage you to check it out.

Pros: Amazing service, the best service providers I have had in Fresno

My mother and I came here to have a nice relaxing day with a nice spa package. It was such a beautiful spa with nice accommodation's but once we started the day there they seemed to be rushing us through our package like crazy. They kept taking us to this room called the relaxation room and we couldn't relax there at all. Every time we went there they took us out to another part of our package and rushed through those as well. While I was in my facial I added a eyebrow waxing and then she said since I got a waxing which I of course had to pay for I cut into my facial time so I didn't get to have my whole facial which I still had to pay full price for. I was just appalled by that. I mean if I pay over 300 dollars for a nice spa day. I don't want to be rushed through the day. I want to relax and enjoy myself and then not get my full treatment just because I add more on to it. They should have been happy to have me paying more and adding more on. Then our nail lady was acting crazy. She wouldn't even talk to us and then she kept looking all over the room like cameras were watching here and she fled through the manicure like no ones business and it was just kinda shotty work. Then our food arrived about an hour early and they didn't even put it in the refrigerator for us they just left it there to grow bacteria and we ate it all soggy. Then when we were in the locker room we were trying to get ready to go and they kept sending people in to watch us and make sure we were leaving or not stealing or god knows what. I mean over all just really a horrible experience when all we were trying to do is relax we couldn't feel relaxed at all with this place. My advice to you if you are going for a spa treatment go somewhere else!!!!!!

Pros: Beautiful environment, and nice shower, and robes, and chairs, smelled nice

Cons: Rushes you through it, didnt give the full treatment but had to pay for full one, left our food out crazy nail lady
