Great bedside manner and did a wonderful job of explaining the procedure and outcome in language that me and my family could easily understand. He recommended the appropriate tests and no more and contacted us as soon as the results were ready. He also made himself available two weeks later when I had additional questions.
Pros: bedside manner, efficiency, respect for my time
Cons: office is a long drive for me
