When I went into their shop I didn't know what to expect. Much to my surprise they were the most friendly people! They explained everything and left nothing to chance. I purchased my bike and a cart, again they went over everything. On leaving I was told there was a life time adjustment on everything on the bike. Now I am going to purchase my wife a bike there. Can't beat the prices and the service and the friendly smiles.
Pros: Thumbs up no drawbacks good parking in back! The best!

Customer service is key as a specialty shop, and these guys know how to do it. If you've never ridden a bike before or are a vet these guys and gals are quick to offer suggestions, and not the most expensive ones in store either. They are truly there to get you onto the bike that you tell them that you want, pricing, fit and regular use. Much better than the other local competitor!
